Atlanta sits right smack in the middle of NASCAR country. Many of the series' venues are an easy drive away. Additionally, some great venues which sponsor SCCA, Petit LeMans, AMA and other racing series visit the following premier venues.
Alabama
Leeds Barber Motorsports Park 2.38 mile, 16 turn world class road course. Also home to the largest motorcycle collection and museum in the world. A must see!
Talladega Talladega Superspeedway 2.66 mile tri-oval is the fastest track in the world. 2 NASCAR events and other national and local series held here.
Georgia
Bloomingdale Roebling Road Raceway Historic 2.02 mile, 9 turn asphalt road course
Braselton - Road Atlanta 2.54 mile, 12 turn, world class road course featuring SCCA, AMA, Petite LeMans series racing and much more. Also home to Kevin Schwantz Racing School.
Hampton - Atlanta Motor Speedway- 1.54 mile quad oval hosts 2 NASCAR events and other prestigious national and local events. Also home to Petty Driving Experience so you can feel it yourself!
North Carolina
Charlotte - Lowes Motor Speedway World class 1.5 mile super speedway, dirt track and Ό mile concrete drag strip complex.
Rockingham - Rockingham Speedway Historic 1 mile oval with 22 degree banking in turns 1 & 2 and 25 degree banks in 3 & 4. Straights are 8 degrees.
South Carolina
Darlington - Darlington Raceway Historic 1.366 mile egg-shaped oval has been a highlight on the NASCAR calendar since 1950.
Tennessee
Bristol - Bristol Motor Speedway - Affectionately referred to as "Thunder Valley", BMS is one of the most popular stops on the NASCAR schedule. Unique design features variable banking in the turns between 24 & 30 degrees. Seating for 160,000 fans
